The World Below, or the Dark Under All, is manifold 11. The Queen of Winter rules the World Below from Or-Mazaar, City of The Black Star. The Queen of Winter is an ancient Celestial named A Lie Cloaked In Star’s Silver. She is first of the Three Sisters Below (the other sisters are the the Queen of Night and the Queen of Shadows).
