Physiology
Humanoids with red or blue skin expressed in a wide variety of hues, from bright crimson to deep purple. Every devil is also born with some hellmarks - horns, a tail, cloven hooves, a forked tongue, fanged incisors, or even wings. [1]

In Capital, a city in Rioja, lived a large refugee community of devils from Alloy.[3]. The main languages in Capital were Riojan and Caelian[4].
