World Below
The World Below, or the Dark Under All, was manifold 11. The Queen of Winter ruled the World Below from Or-Mazaar, City of The Black Star. The Queen of Winter was an ancient Celestial named A Lie Cloaked In Star’s Silver. She is first of the Three Sisters Below (the other sisters were the the Queen of Night and the Queen of Shadows).
The World Below was inhabited by the Astral Celestials and their creations, the dark elves, who were banished there from the mundane world.[1] The star elves also brought with them humans from the mundane world, and known as the Hlan or the deep men. Other inhabitants included the Voiceless Talkers and the Olothec. The World Below was the main place where sin-metal and star-metal can be found, as the manifold was made by the Star Elves.[1]
