The second of the speaking peoples, children of Val. [1] [2]
Physiology
They were formed from Val's essence and thus could bend the laws of creation themselves. However, unlike the dragons, they did not have any link to their creator god. [2]

History
Creation and birth
Seeing Ket birth the dragons and how they adored over their father, Val though he could do better and, without permission created the Celestials and placed them upon the world. Not having a direct connection with their creator, the celestials ended-up inventing art, music and poetry.
In the early days of the world, celestials and dragons being the only speaking peoples, they traded thoughts, culture and lived in peace. [2]
Elves
The Celestials were responsible for the creation of the younger elven ancestries. [1]
Arcadia
Val's disgust with the concept of war eventually led him to leave Orden for Arcadia, his private manifold, taking his Celestials with him. [1]
