Physiology
High elves had the natural ability glamor, like their elven brotheren. This allowed them to be preceived, by others, as interesting and engaging. Always appearing like themselves, but slightly different to each creature they met. [1]
Psychology
They were created by the true elves as librarians and heralds, they still remember the age before their creators retired to Arcadia, a better age, where all that mattered was art and beauty [1]. High elves believed knowledge was the pursuit from which all good things flow (live, power, legacy). [2]
After the celestials left, high elves started to turn more inward and distrusting of outsiders with each generation. [1]
High elves hoped to one day be able to join their creators and Val in Arcadia. [3]
Notable high elves
- Morning Dew On a Single Leaf Like a Tear from the Sun, Lord of Fallen Irranys [1]
- A Mist Coils Around Dying Embers [4]
Cultural groups
Vasloria
The dominant language spoken by high elves in Vasloria is Hyrallic, the language of diplomacy, more specifically, inter-species diplomacy. [5]
After their creators left for Arcadia, they mostly lived in amongst the fallen celestial sky cities continuing to collect lore and knowledge, worshiping art. [1]
